Participation au vote: une erreur tactique … mais non une source de division !

Certains d’entre vous s’interrogent encore peut être sur leur participation/non-participation aux élections locales du 4 octobre … Je me permets d’avancer quelques arguments dans l’espoir de vous convaincre.

Nos partenaires occidentaux, tant européens qu’américains, suivent attentivement la situation en Géorgie. Participer aux élections du 4 octobre sera, à n’en pas douter, perçu comme une forme de légitimation du pouvoir en place. Votre geste participera à rompre l’isolement d’Ocneba et pourrait autoriser la reprise des relations avec les chancelleries occidentales. Ce serait donc faire un énorme cadeau à Ocneba sans le moindre résultat à attendre pour l‘opposition.

Vous savez, et avec vous tous les observateurs, comme tous les organismes internationaux, que les élections parlementaires d’octobre 2024 n’ont été qu’une gigantesque fraude. Quel changement y a-t-il eu depuis qui vous permette de penser que celles-ci seront plus équitables, plus justes, et que le libre choix électoral sera respecté ? Bien au contraire depuis un an tout montre le renforcement du régime et de son contrôle sur les libertés publiques.

N'oubliez pas, par ailleurs, que les possibilités d’observation et de contrôle des élections par la société civile et les ONG, tant nationales qu’internationales, ont été gravement restreintes. Cela permet à Ocneba d’exercer une domination totale sur l’appareil électoral et sur le résultat du scrutin.

Mais si vous persistez à penser qu’apporter votre vote à un des rares candidats d’opposition est une stratégie crédible, en sortant du bureau de vote … n’oubliez pas que votre place reste à nos côtés dans la manifestation et aux côtés de tous les prisonniers d’opinion.

Je porte ces quelques mots avec conviction, comme la certitude que l’unité des forces d’opposition est plus que jamais indispensable.

Je crois profondément à la justesse de notre combat et à la victoire qui nous attend.

არჩევნებში მონაწილეობა: ტაქტიკური შეცდომაა... ის არ უნდა იყოს განხეთქილების მიზეზი! 

შესაძლოა, ზოგიერთ თქვენგანი ჯერ კიდევ ყოყმანობდეს 4 ოქტომბრის ადგილობრივ არჩევნებში მონაწილეობასთან დაკავშირებით... მინდა რამდენიმე არგუმენტი შემოგთავაზოთ იმ იმედით, რომ შევძლებ თქვენს დარწმუნებას.

ჩვენი დასავლელი პარტნიორები, როგორც ევროპელები, ასევე ამერიკელები, ყურადღებით აკვირდებიან საქართველოში არსებულ ვითარებას. 4 ოქტომბრის არჩევნებში მონაწილეობა, უდავოდ, აღიქმება, როგორც მომქმედი მთავრობის ლეგიტიმაციის ფორმა. თქვენი ჟესტი ხელს შეუწყობს „ოცნების“ იზოლაციის დაძლევას და თუნდაც დასავლეთის საგარეო საქმეთა სამინისტროებთან ურთიერთობების განახლებას. ამრიგად, ეს იქნება უზარმაზარი საჩუქარი „ოცნებასთვის“, ოპოზიციისთვის მოსალოდნელი შედეგების გარეშე.

ისევე როგორც ყველა დამკვირვებელმა და საერთაშორისო ორგანიზაციამ, თითოეულმა თქვენთაგანმაც იცის, რომ 2024 წლის ოქტომბრის საპარლამენტო არჩევნები იყო მასობრივი გაყალბება. რა შეიცვალა მას შემდეგ, რაც საშუალებას გაძლევთ დაიჯეროთ, რომ ეს არჩევნები იქნება უფრო თანასწორი, უფრო სამართლიანი და რომ თქვენი არჩევანი უფრო დაცული იქნება? პირიქით, ბოლო ერთი წლის განმავლობაში ყველაფერი მიუთითებს რეჟიმის გაძლიერებაზე.

არ დაგვავიწყდეთ, რომ დღეს როგორც ეროვნული, ასევე საერთაშორისო, სამოქალაქო საზოგადოებისა და არასამთავრობო ორგანიზაციების, არჩევნებზე დაკვირვებისა და მონიტორინგის შესაძლებლობა მკვეთრად შეზღუდულია. ეს საშუალებას აძლევს „ოცნებას“, სრული კონტროლი განახორციელოს საარჩევნო სისტემასა და მის შედეგებზე.

მაგრამ თუ ჯიუტად გჯერათ, რომ ოპოზიციის რამდენიმე კანდიდატიდან ერთ-ერთისთვის ხმის მიცემა საიმედო სტრატეგიაა, საარჩევნო უბნიდან გასვლისას ... გახსოვდეთ, რომ თქვენი ადგილი ჩვენს გვერდით კვლავ რჩება, დემონსტრაციაზე, ყველა სინდისის პატიმრის გვერდით.

ამის თქმის უფლებას მაძლევს ჩემი ღრმა რწმენა, რომ ოპოზიციური ძალების ერთიანობა ახლა უფრო მნიშვნელოვანია, ვიდრე ოდესმე.

მჯერა ჩვენი ბრძოლის სამართლიანობისა და იმ გამარჯვების, რომელიც გველოდება.

Participating in the vote: a tactical error... but not a source of division!

Some of you may still be wondering whether or not to participate in the local elections on October 4... I would like to put forward a few arguments in the hope of convincing you..

Our Western partners, both European and American, are closely monitoring the situation in Georgia. Participating in the October 4 elections will undoubtedly be perceived as a form of legitimization of the ruling power. Your gesture will help break Ocneba's isolation and could allow for the resumption of relations with Western chancelleries. It would therefore be a huge gift to Ocneba without any results to be expected for the opposition.

You know, as do all observers and international organizations, that the October 2024 parliamentary elections were nothing but a gigantic fraud. What has changed since then to make you think that these elections will be more equitable, more fair, and that free choice will be respected? On the contrary, over the past year, everything points to a strengthening of the regime and its control over civil liberties.

Don't forget, moreover, that the opportunities for civil society and NGOs, both national and international, to observe and monitor the elections have been severely restricted. This allows Ocneba to exercise total control over the electoral process and the outcome of the vote.

But if you still believe that voting for one of the few opposition candidates is a credible strategy, when you leave the polling station... remember that your place is with us at the demonstration and alongside all prisoners of conscience.

I say these words with conviction, as I am certain that the unity of the opposition forces is more essential than ever.
