What is facing us – the country has entered the total crisis. It started with the total rigging of the elections, which led to these results, that the illegitimate Parliament, the parliament gathered in violation of the Constitution and the Prime Minister elected by him, the de facto Prime Minister, made a decision that in Georgian history I think no one has made that without a mandate, without the people, against the will of the people, in order to advance the interests of the country, decided to return this country to the orbit of the country to which we escaped, we were liberated and against which The battle was the battle of the Georgian people. No one has ever had the right to do so, and even more so an illegitimate government. You have not allowed this and it is 31st day to show that you will not get used to it, we will not get used to it, we will not allow it.

And elections, elections held in a free environment, and where the two principles that have been violated – secrecy – not those machines and mechanisms and everything is to be corrected, and we need to sit down on this and seriously study what the detailed requirements should be, so that no one can deceive the Georgian people ; Non-institutionalization and universality in terms of the right for the diaspora to participate in the future of the country. They, like us, are the future of this country.

Creating conditions for this particular election and putting it in detail, I will work with everyone who has been in this case and is involved in making sure that we put the document in a few days very soon, and be it with the demand for our elections. Ceci est le drapeau dont la Géorgie s’est dotée et qui a déclaré pour la première fois à l’époque moderne sa Liberté et son Indépendance.

Ceci est notre drapeau actuel qui en est la continuation, et devant ces deux drapeaux, je peux jurer que je serai avec vous jusqu’à la fin, sur ce chemin européen, et jusqu’à ce que nous atteignions la porte de l’Europe, ce qui n’est pas seulement notre rêve, mais une réalité. Nous n’avons pas d’autre avenir ni d’autre alternative, et nous ne voulons laisser à ce pays, et aux générations futures, que l’Indépendance, la Liberté, l’Européisme et cette identité géorgienne qui nous suit et qui nous est si précieuse !

I spoke with six presidents, including leaders of European countries, and with foreign ministers. You have probably seen the statements and messages of support coming from various European countries and the United States, including the clear declaration from the Secretary of State.

Everyone tells us the same thing: No one - except for one person who briefly passed through here - recognizes the results of these elections. But at the same time, they all insist we must continue the investigation and see it through. We may even receive international support to ensure the investigation is thorough and leaves no question unanswered.

Our monitoring organizations, NGOs, political parties, and all of you are actively involved because you hold significant evidence. A complete picture must be drawn of how this massive, systematic theft of votes took place - this unprecedented, pre-planned operation that robbed us of our votes, our parliament, and our constitution.

We must keep working to present these findings and demand their enforcement. This is just the first stage. I am confident that the political parties will soon tell you how they plan to act.

We are united - no one will accept these unjust results. Together, peacefully, as we are today, we will defend what is ours: your constitutional right to have your vote respected. For us- and for me personally- the only thing we have is the voice - voice of the people, the voice of the nation, which we must uphold. And we will - I am sure of it!

This is no time for pessimism, giving up, or surrender. It is time to remain calm and determined, defending every vote wherever it was cast. A large number of votes were also stolen from the diaspora. The votes that reached the precincts clearly show the will of the Georgian people, although many were miscounted to manipulate the final outcome that was written here. The results they wrote down will not be the final ones - we will achieve the truth together.

Thank you all for everything you have done during these days and for what we have achieved together.

Now, I will give the floor to the political parties. They are the ones who must present the political plan and vision. We stand with them - these are different parties, and this is not some artificial unity, but today, just as yesterday, they are united on one thing: The Georgian Charter and our European path - our the only way forward. Tout d’abord, je tiens à exprimer ma plus profonde gratitude à tous les citoyens géorgiens qui ont voté pour notre avenir européen. Vous étiez nombreux, et vous avez gagné ces élections.

Personne n’a le droit de nous priver de notre avenir européen.

Je tiens également à remercier ceux qui, malgré des conditions extrêmement injustes et inégales, ont travaillé dans les commissions électorales pour protéger vos votes. J’exprime ma reconnaissance aux journalistes qui se sont battus dans des circonstances encore plus difficiles pour documenter le plus grand nombre possible de violations. Cependant, le nombre et la variété de ces violations étaient si écrasants qu’il est devenu impossible de tout consigner dans leurs rapports.

Ce dont nous avons été témoins était sans précédent. Il s’agissait d’une falsification complète et d’un vol de vos votes, en utilisant toutes les tactiques disponibles que nous avons vues dans d’autres pays et en Géorgie. De plus, les technologies modernes ont été utilisées pour dissimuler ces manipulations – un niveau de tromperie que nous n’avions jamais rencontré auparavant.

Nous n’avons pas seulement été témoins, mais aussi victimes de ce que l’on ne peut décrire que comme une opération spéciale russe, une nouvelle forme de guerre hybride menée contre notre peuple et notre pays.

Il y a quelques mois, ce gouvernement (que je qualifie aujourd’hui de régime et non d’autorité légitime) a adopté une loi à la russe. Cela a été suivi d’une série de lois supplémentaires d’inspiration russe, qui violent toutes les recommandations européennes et entravent notre chemin vers un avenir européen.

Aujourd’hui, lors de cette élection, nous avons été privés de notre droit de vote.

Ce qui s’est passé n’était pas une élection démocratique ; c’était une élection russe.

Ils ont démantelé le processus électoral, rendant presque impossible d’imaginer comment les futures élections pourraient se dérouler équitablement à moins que des changements drastiques ne soient apportés.

Notre droit constitutionnel de voter a été volé.

De nombreux citoyens se sont vu confisquer leur carte d’identité, ce qui les a privés du droit de vote. Nos émigrés ont également été privés de participation, car les bureaux de vote n’ont pas été ouverts et des obstacles supplémentaires ont été mis en place. Sur 100 000 émigrés enregistrés, seuls 33 000 ont réussi à voter, malgré les efforts considérables qu’ils ont déployés pour s’inscrire. Certains ont parcouru des milliers de kilomètres aux États-Unis ou ont surmonté des défis importants dans des villes européennes simplement pour voter, mais ce droit leur a été refusé. Cette question exige une enquête.

Je suis reconnaissante envers nos partenaires internationaux et les organisations observatrices qui ont enregistré ces violations et n’ont pas hésité à signaler ce qui s’est passé. Cependant, il ne suffit pas de documenter ces violations.

En tant que dernière institution indépendante au pays, je dois dire clairement que je ne reconnais pas ces élections.

Les reconnaître reviendrait à légitimer la prise de contrôle de la Géorgie par la Russie. Je ne suis pas revenue dans ce pays, et nos ancêtres n’ont pas enduré toutes ces épreuves, pour accepter un tel résultat.

Dans l’intérêt des générations des générations futures, nous ne pouvons pas renoncer à notre avenir européen .

Je ne parle pas seulement en tant qu’individu, je représente une institution qui représente le peuple géorgien. J’exhorte tous les citoyens à s’unir et à déclarer que nous ne reconnaissons pas ces élections. Nous n’accepterons pas l’infiltration de la Russie et cette nouvelle forme d’occupation. Nous sommes unis, et je suis maintenant accompagnée des partis politiques qui ont participé à ces élections, défendant à la fois notre avenir européen et la Charte géorgienne.

Ce sera un rassemblement symbolique, une déclaration commune au monde. J’en appelle également à nos partenaires internationaux, européens et américains. Bien que nous soyons reconnaissants pour les déclarations de soutien faites par divers responsables, il faut faire comprendre au-delà des frontières que la protection de la Géorgie et le maintien de l’équilibre géopolitique dans cette région signifient la protection de la population, et non la collaboration avec un gouvernement illégitime. Sans votre soutien actif, le peuple de ce pays ne peut être protégé.

Tout comme vous avez été aux côtés du peuple géorgien lorsque le régime a tenté d’adopter une loi à la russe, vous devez maintenant être à nos côtés, à nouveau à nos côtés.

Ces élections étaient illégitimes , et rien ne pourra les rendre légitimes.

Good evening, everyone,

First, I want to express my deepest gratitude to all the citizens of Georgia who voted for our European future. You were many, and you won these elections. No one has the right to take away our European future.

I also want to thank those who, despite extremely unfair and unequal conditions, worked in election commissions to protect your votes. I extend my appreciation to journalists who fought under even more difficult circumstances to document as many violations as possible. However, the number and variety of these violations were so overwhelming that capturing everything in their reports became impossible.

What we witnessed was unprecedented. It was a complete falsification and theft of your votes, using every available tactic we have seen both in other countries and in Georgia. Additionally, modern technologies were employed to cover up these manipulations—a level of deception we had not encountered before.

We were not just witnesses but also victims of what can only be described as a Russian special operation—a new form of hybrid warfare waged against our people and our country.

Several months ago, this government (which I now refer to as a regime, not a legitimate authority) adopted a Russian-style law. This was followed by a series of additional Russian-inspired laws, all of which violate European recommendations and obstruct our path toward a European future.

Today, in this election, we were deprived of our voting rights. What took place was not a democratic election; it was a Russian election. They dismantled the electoral process, making it nearly impossible to imagine how future elections could be held fairly unless drastic changes are made. Our constitutional right to vote was stolen.

Many citizens had their IDs confiscated, denying them the right to vote. Our emigrants were also deprived of participation, as polling stations were not opened, and additional obstacles were put in place. Out of 100,000 registered emigrants, only 33,000 managed to cast their votes, despite the tremendous efforts they made to register. Some traveled thousands of miles in the U.S. or overcame significant challenges in European cities just to vote—only to be denied that right. This issue demands investigation.

There is much to investigate. I am grateful to our international partners and observer organizations who recorded these violations and did not hesitate to report what happened. However, simply documenting these violations is not enough.

As the last independent institution in this country, I must clearly state that I do not recognize these elections. Recognizing them would be tantamount to legitimizing Russia’s takeover of Georgia. I did not return to this country, nor did our ancestors endure everything they did, to accept such an outcome. We cannot surrender our European future for the sake of future generations.

I am not speaking just as an individual—I represent an institution that stands for the people of Georgia. I urge all citizens to stand together and declare that we do not recognize these elections. We will not accept Russia’s infiltration and this new form of occupation. We stand united, and with me now are political parties that participated in these elections, defending both our European future and the Georgian Charter.

I invite you to join us tomorrow at 7:00 PM on Rustaveli Avenue, where together we will declare to the world—and to each other—that we reject these elections. We will peacefully defend every vote and, most importantly, our future. Our goal is to ensure that free, fair, and democratic elections can still take place in this country. We will not surrender this right to anyone. It belongs to us, and we will assert it together tomorrow.

This will be a symbolic gathering—a united declaration to the world. I also appeal to our international partners—Europeans and Americans. While we are grateful for the statements of support made by various officials, it must be understood beyond borders that protecting Georgia and maintaining the geopolitical balance in this region means protecting the people, not collaborating with an illegitimate government. Without your active support, this country’s people cannot be safeguarded.

Just as you stood by the people of Georgia when the regime attempted to pass a Russian-style law, you must now stand by us—the people—again. These elections were not legitimate, and nothing can make them so.

A national consensus has been reached on the most critical matter: no one can take away Georgia’s independence, no one can return Georgia to Russia, and no one can deprive Georgia of its will and its European future.

This national consensus has formed everywhere possible, and with each passing moment, it is becoming increasingly clear that this consensus is growing stronger. Consider, for example, that even today, in the diplomatic corps, in business, at the Port of Poti, and in many other places, this national consensus is gaining strength daily. This is our power.

I want to tell the public now that even here, with the President—currently the only independent institution and the sole legitimate institution left in this country—a national consensus has been achieved. Tomorrow, there will be a gathering here, around me, dedicated to serving you, with representatives of the public on one hand and political parties on the other, to jointly manage the political aspect of the process you are leading outside—whether in the streets or in the various spheres of this society.

We will accomplish this together. Together, we will represent the future we are on the verge of reaching through new elections: a new Georgia that will reclaim its European path, its independence, and, most importantly, its free path to development—a path we will not surrender to anyone.

Tomorrow, we will meet again. Alongside me will be the individuals I have invited, who will join me in leading this political process because I remain your President. There is no legitimate parliament, and therefore, an illegitimate parliament cannot elect a new president. Thus, no inauguration can take place, and my mandate continues until a legitimately elected parliament is formed, which can then legitimately elect my successor. But I am with you, and I will remain with you.
